Councillor Swaine has, I believe denied Twittering during the Council meeting. Shame really as we have got hold of his Twitter Feed and here it is. Poor old Councillor Swaine already prejudiced before he walks in to the room and attacks members of the public. Thankfully one of the residents there last night has complained about his behaviour and a good thing too.
